Terms and Conditions of Sale
Ralliant Corporation operates through a group of specialized entities referred to as Operating Companies. Depending on the product or service you are purchasing, your contract will be entered into with a specific Operating Company rather than Ralliant Corporation directly.
The applicable terms and conditions, statements of work, and related documents (collectively, the “Terms”) will apply to the order with the Operating Company identified in your quotation, statement of work or agreement.
Specific Operating Company Terms and Conditions
The Terms below apply to Qualitrol, Gems Sensors, Anderson‑Negele, Hengstler Dynapar, Dover Motion, Iris, and any current or future subsidiaries of these Operating Companies
By submitting an order or entering into an agreement, with one of the above Operating Companies, you acknowledge that the General Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Goods and Services will govern that transaction, as well as the applicable Schedules as described below.
If the Goods or Services ordered can collect, store (including remotely) or transmit information, then the additional terms in Schedule A shall also apply to such Goods. If the order includes Training Services, then the additional terms in Schedule B shall also apply to such Services. If the order includes software (except for SaaS) (whether alone or in conjunction with hardware), then the additional terms in Schedule C shall also apply to such software. If the order includes software-as-service (“SaaS”), then the additional terms contained in Schedule D shall also apply to such Software.
