Bio

Tami leads Ralliant with strategic vision and hands-on operational expertise, serving as both President & CEO and a member of the company's Board of Directors. She sets the company's direction as a global leader in precision technologies, combining deep industry knowledge with customer focus to drive growth in rapidly evolving markets.

 

Tami previously served as President of Fortive's Precision Technologies segment, where she directed 11 operating companies, led 11,000 global employees, and managed $3.5 billion in operations while developing the institutional knowledge critical for unlocking Ralliant's full growth potential.

 

Throughout her career, Tami has demonstrated an exceptional ability to transform market insights into winning strategies. She championed innovation and operational excellence during her six years at Tektronix, including more than three years as President. In previous executive roles at Fortune 500 companies including Cisco, she developed approaches to capture key market shifts, built scale through strategic channel partnerships, and consistently delivered customer value through technology adoption.

 

Tami's engineering background, with early roles at Analog Devices and IBM, gives her unique perspective on Ralliant's precision technologies and their real-world applications. A growth-minded leader, Tami advocates for continuous improvement and rapid innovation. 

 

She holds a B.S. in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering from Syracuse University, where she was an accomplished Division I athlete and team captain, and an MBA from Union College.

Bio

Neill drives financial strategy and operational excellence at Ralliant, drawing on more than 25 years of leadership experience at global technology companies. His comprehensive expertise spans finance, M&A, investor relations, business development, IT, supply chain, and procurement.

 

Before joining Ralliant, Neill served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wolfspeed from 2018 to 2025, where he strengthened the company’s financial foundation and supported its strategic transformation into a leading silicon carbide materials and power semiconductor supplier. His financial leadership was instrumental in positioning the company for sustainable growth in high-performance markets.

 

At NXP Semiconductors, Neill led global teams as SVP of Finance, Strategy and Procurement from 2013 to 2018, developing and executing initiatives that drove profitable growth. He also directed operational integration following the company's $40 billion merger with Freescale Semiconductor. Earlier, during his 15-year tenure at General Electric, he held multiple CFO positions, implementing growth strategies across global industrial and manufacturing businesses in diverse technology sectors.

 

Neill holds a B.A. in Economics and English Literature from Boston College.

Karen leads Ralliant’s people strategy, drawing on more than 25 years of experience building high-performance cultures in complex global organizations. Her approach combines systematic thinking, strategic insight, and a commitment to developing talent to create an environment where teams excel and innovation thrives.

 

Before joining Ralliant, Karen served as VP of Human Resources at Fortive from 2024 to 2025, overseeing the Advanced Healthcare Solutions and Precision Technologies segments. In this role, she partnered with segment presidents to implement enterprise-wide talent programs and ensure HR systems supported strategic priorities. She led Fortive’s Healthcare HR from 2020 to 2024, driving organizational effectiveness through periods of significant transformation.

 

Karen’s multifaceted expertise includes business partnering, talent management, learning and development, and organizational design. She previously served as VP of Human Resources for Stryker, a global medical technology company, and held progressive leadership positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Karen began her HR career at Popular Bank, where she discovered the significant impact people strategy could have on business success.

 

Karen holds a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from Cornell University and an MBA from Seton Hall University.

Jeb leads Ralliant’s legal strategy, managing enterprise risks and ensuring global regulatory compliance. He contributes extensive expertise in litigation, intellectual property, regulatory matters, and public policy developed through leadership roles at major global corporations.

 

Before joining Ralliant, Jeb served as SVP for Litigation, Regulatory, and Public Policy at Activision Blizzard from 2021 to 2025. In this role, he led teams handling significant, high-profile legal issues including global litigation, intellectual property protection, risk management, competition law, trade controls, and federal and state public policy matters.

 

Prior to Activision, Jeb spent nearly a decade at The Boeing Company in roles of increasing responsibility, including VP and Assistant General Counsel for Government Operations and Enterprise Operations, Finance & Strategy. He led Boeing’s regulatory and government law practice while also overseeing finance and governance legal teams, managing issues from global trade controls to corporate governance.

 

Jeb's career also includes public service as a prosecutor and an Appellate Chief at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, private practice experience at national law firms, and a federal judicial clerkship. He holds a J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and a B.A. from the University of Oklahoma.

Amir leads Ralliant’s enterprise-wide technology and business systems strategy, driving digital innovation and customer value delivery initiatives that support the company’s growth. He has over two decades of technology leadership experience from Fortune 500 corporations and high-tech startups.

 

Before joining Ralliant, Amir served as Chief Information and Digital Officer at WestRock from 2017 to 2024. There he led global teams driving digital transformation initiatives across operations and commercial areas. Amir brings entrepreneurial experience from his role as co-founder and CEO of Kuprion, a technology company focused on advanced nanotechnology innovation. Earlier in his career, Amir spent over a decade at Lockheed Martin, a leading aerospace and defense company, serving in various engineering, operations, and technology leadership roles.

 

Amir holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Mount St. Mary’s University and an M.S. in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

Bio

As President of Tektronix, Chris focuses on accelerating innovation and expanding market reach in high-growth areas aligned with Ralliant’s electrification and digitization strategy. He previously served as VP of Sales & Operations, where he integrated revenue functions and strengthened customer focus, creating the foundation for the company’s continued leadership in precision measurement.

 

His proven track record includes serving as General Manager for Sonix and Keithley Portfolio Solutions from 2019 to 2021, where he delivered record double-digit profitable growth. From 2008 to 2019, Chris developed valuable global perspective as a P&L leader for high-growth markets in India, Southeast Asia, and Australia. As Business Unit Director and Global Product Manager for diagnostic tools and electrical products divisions, he developed product roadmaps and global marketing programs.

 

Before his corporate career, Chris served as a Civil Engineering Officer in the United States Air Force, leading design, construction, and maintenance engineering teams at multiple locations.

 

Chris holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Bio

Corey is currently the President for PacSci EMC. He has 30 years of experience in business leadership and continuous improvement, supported by a strong foundation in operations and supply chain. His leadership and strategic vision have been instrumental in the growth and development of new capabilities at PacSci EMC. Corey has progressed professionally through a series of key leadership roles at General Electric, Danaher, Fortive, and now Ralliant.

 

Throughout his career at Fortive, Corey was instrumental in driving growth through strategic product innovation and business system implementations.  Through pivotal roles at PacSci EMC, Tektronix, and Fluke, he built optimized global networks, streamlined service centers, product distribution channels, and operational and strategic sourcing infrastructures. His international experience includes leadership roles with responsibilities spanning Mexico, the Czech Republic, Germany, and the US.

 

Corey holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University and an MBA from Wake Forest University.

Andrew leads Ralliant’s Sensing Technology business, bringing unmatched global operational and marketing expertise developed over nearly three decades spanning the company’s evolution from Danaher and Fortive to Ralliant.

 

At Fortive, Andrew built a strong track record overseeing go-to-market and development strategies for precision solutions as Group President of Sensing Technology (2023-2025), President of Qualitrol (2019-2023), and President of Specialty Product Technologies (2017-2019).

 

Before Fortive’s separation from Danaher in 2016, Andrew served as VP of Marketing and Business Development and held leadership roles across multiple regional and business groups, developing deep expertise in growth opportunities and market entry strategies. He began his career as a Field Sales Engineer at Pacific Scientific, which was acquired by Danaher and is now part of Ralliant.

 

Andrew holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Darien leads corporate development at Ralliant, bringing over 15 years of experience driving growth and enhancing value creation by executing high impact strategic transactions ranging from $5M–$1B+. His expertise includes acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate separations that enhance Ralliant's precision technology portfolio.

 

Before joining Ralliant, Darien held progressive corporate development leadership roles at Fortive, where he played an integral role in several key acquisitions, along with the corporate separations of Ralliant and Vontier. His deep transaction experience brings valuable expertise to Ralliant’s strategic initiatives.

 

Darien began his career at IBM, where he progressed through roles of increasing responsibility across various finance functions. Prior to Fortive, he worked in investment banking within Credit Suisse’s Global Industrials group.

 

Darien holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Winston-Salem State University and an MBA in Corporate Finance from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Harsh leads Ralliant’s corporate strategy development, bringing deep expertise in strategic planning, M&A, and business analysis to drive the company’s growth initiatives. His comprehensive experience spans organic growth strategies, market analysis, and inorganic growth through strategic acquisitions.

 

Before joining Ralliant, Harsh spent nearly four years at Tektronix in progressive strategy roles, including Director of Corporate Strategy and Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy. In these positions, he provided strategic leadership for enterprise-level initiatives, focusing on both organic growth through market expansion and inorganic growth through targeted acquisitions.

 

Earlier in his career, Harsh led several high impact growth and transformation initiatives for consulting and private equity industries. While at Strategy&, part of the PwC network, he worked with executive leadership at Fortune 500 companies and top-tier private equity firms on growth strategy, market entry, business transformation initiatives, and due diligence. During his tenure with Jones Lang LaSalle, a global real estate professional services and investment management firm, Harsh led several enterprise scale growth initiatives and multiple cross-border investments across diverse asset classes.

 

Harsh holds a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Nathan leads Ralliant’s investor relations strategy, bringing deep financial expertise and capital markets perspective gained through leadership roles at global industrial and technology companies. At Ralliant, he builds strong relationships with the investment community while clearly articulating the company’s growth strategy, operational excellence, and value creation potential.

 

Before joining Ralliant, Nathan served as Head of Investor Relations & Treasurer at Cognex Corporation, where he increased transparency and accessibility to the investor community. He previously held the same role at Lime, a leading global provider of shared electric vehicles.

 

His career includes leadership roles in investor relations, strategy, corporate development, and corporate finance at Iron Mountain, a global leader in storage and information management services, and General Mills. Earlier, Nathan worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, supporting M&A and capital markets advisory for industrial technology clients.

 

Nathan holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from Washington University in St. Louis.

Alvenia leads Ralliant’s corporate communications strategy, bringing 25 years of leadership experience in brand creation and management, commercial marketing, reputation management, media relations, executive positioning, employee and digital communications.

 

Before joining Ralliant, Alvenia spent a decade with The Chemours Company, where she most recently held the position of SVP of Corporate Communications & Chief Brand Officer. In this role she crafted and communicated the corporate narrative, enhanced the company’s reputation, and significantly increased brand favorability and familiarity, supporting strategic expansion into higher-value markets. Through a more strategic and people-first approach to corporate communications, Alvenia helped transform the company’s positioning to that of an industry-leading provider of essential chemistry.

 

​​Prior to Chemours, Alvenia held several communications leadership roles at DuPont including head of corporate brand management and global marketing communications leader for the Chemicals and Fluoroproducts business unit.  From 2000 – 2011, she held senior communications and commercial marketing positions at Newell Brands, UPS, and Eastman Kodak. Throughout her career, Alvenia has successfully managed complex communications initiatives, from corporate spin-offs to brand launches, regulatory challenges, crisis response, and reputation management. Her work has been recognized with several industry awards.

 

Alvenia earned a B.A. in Communications from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Ganesh Moorthy

Bio

Mr. Moorthy is an accomplished senior executive with over four decades of experience in the semiconductor and technology industries. In his prior Chief Executive Officer and other C-suite roles, he steered companies through significant market shifts and oversaw several transformative acquisitions and restructuring efforts. He has a proven track record of leading innovation-focused strategies to unlock operational efficiencies and identify new and high-growth profitable revenue opportunities. 

 

Mr. Moorthy brings to the Board his deep marketing experience and insight into high-technology industry trends through his background in global manufacturing, operations, and R&D. 

 

Mr. Moorthy has served on the board of Celanese Corporation (NYSE: CE) since 2023 and previously served on the boards of Microchip Technology Incorporated (NASDAQ: MCHP) from 2021 to 2024 and Rogers Corporation (NYSE: ROG) from 2013 to 2024. He holds a B.S. in Physics from the University of Bombay, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington, and an MBA in Marketing from National University.

Kevin Bryant

Bio

Mr. Bryant brings over 25 years of leadership in financial and strategic planning, with a track record of developing sustainable growth strategies. During his more than 20-year tenure at Evergy, Inc. and its legacy businesses, Mr. Bryant led complex utility operations, including transmission, distribution, resource planning, company integrations, and employee safety and training initiatives. He was also responsible for numerous financial teams and oversaw capital raising, M&A, investor relations, and financial reporting. 

 

His successful leadership in investor relations, operations, and financial strategy for public energy companies focused on delivering critical products and services for customers, which provides valuable perspectives in strengthening the Board’s oversight of Ralliant’s growth strategy and shareholder value creation. 

 

Mr. Bryant has served on the board of Winnebago Industries, Inc. (NYSE: WGO) since 2021. He holds a BSBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Ms. Mitchell contributes expertise in digital transformation through technology cycles, including the current wave driven by artificial intelligence. Having served on numerous public boards, she also brings to the Board her knowledge in corporate governance, finance, business management, cybersecurity, and executive compensation.

 

Ms. Mitchell has served on the board of directors of Fortive Corporation (NYSE: FTV) since 2016 and previously served on the board of SVB Financial Group (NASDAQ: SIVBQ) from 2010 to 2024. She served as a board member of the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA), a venture capital trade association that advocates for policies supporting innovation and investment, from 2007 to 2016, including as Chair from 2010 to 2011. 

 

Ms. Mitchell holds a B.A. in Political Science from Stanford University as well as an MBA from the Evening Program at Golden Gate University. She has also attended executive programs at Harvard Business School (strategic marketing) and MIT CSAIL/Sloan (artificial intelligence).

Dr. Müller also brings extensive public company executive and board experience, with valuable perspectives in the areas of corporate governance, risk management and finance.

 

Dr. Müller has served as a director of Cohu, Inc (NASDAQ: COHU) since 2014 and Celestica Inc. (NYSE: CLS) since 2021. He holds a BSc and MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal Santa Catarina and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Ms. Sacks has a proven track record of fostering growth and innovation, demonstrated through her leadership in developing and executing customer strategies that bring cutting-edge technology solutions to market. In prior executive roles at global semiconductor companies, Ms. Sacks has made important contributions to shareholder value creation initiatives.

 

Having led product development teams in China, Japan, India, Germany, and the U.S., Ms. Sacks brings a deep technical background and has contributed to advancing AI, signal chain, power, sensing, MEMS, and software technologies across multiple industries. She also brings to the Board her extensive experience in leading investment strategies, including M&A and post-merger integrations. 

 

Ms. Sacks holds an Electrical and Electronic Engineering degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and an MBA from The Open University in the U.K. Ms. Sacks has also served as a senior advisor at Boston Consulting Group, Inc. since April 2025.

Bio

Mr. Schrimsher brings extensive senior executive experience in the global industrial technology distribution and manufacturing space. As Chief Executive Officer of a leading industrial distribution business for over a decade, he has a strong track record of leading domestic and international growth initiatives, driving continuous operational improvements, and executing M&A. Mr. Schrimsher is also an experienced people leader and brings to the Board insights on talent development topics and human capital management.

 

Mr. Schrimsher provides the Board with valuable perspectives on strategic planning and customer needs amidst a variable macroeconomic landscape, as well as expertise in innovative technologies, P&L management, and successful, industry-relevant growth strategies.

 

Mr. Schrimsher has served on the board of Applied Industrial Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: AIT) since 2011 and previously served on the board of Patterson Companies, Inc (formerly NASDAQ: PDCO) from 2014 to 2025. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from John Carroll University.

Bio

Mr. Spoon is a seasoned executive and highly experienced corporate director. He brings to the Board deep expertise in business strategy, leadership, and strategic transactions. In his most recent role as partner of a venture capital firm, he has overseen a number of accretive transactions focused on high-value industrial solutions, disciplined capital allocation strategies, and technology-driven operational investments.  

 

Mr. Spoon’s public company and private equity experience provides him with deep insights into trends in the technology industry, acquisition strategy, and financing, each of which represents an area of key strategic opportunity for Ralliant.

 

Mr. Spoon brings extensive corporate governance experience through his service as a director on numerous  public company boards, including Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR) since 1999, IAC Inc./InterActiveCorp (NASDAQ: IAC) since 2003, Match Group (NASDAQ: MTCH) from 2015 to June 2025, and Cable One, Inc. (NYSE: CABO) from 2015 to 2021. He has also served on the board of Fortive Corporation since 2016, including as Independent Board Chair from 2016 to January 2025, and will be retiring in June 2025. He holds a B.S. and M.S. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a JD from Harvard Law School.

As former Chief Financial Officer of a large energy company and in finance leadership roles at a diversified technology conglomerate, he has successfully led large teams, navigated global financial markets, and directed investment strategies to drive shareholder value. 

 

Mr. Worrell supported a $32 billion merger integration of General Electric’s petroleum operations with Baker Hughes, which created one of the leading players in the oil & gas industry by bringing together oilfield services and equipment, offerings, and technologies to deliver value for customers and investors. With a track record of managing complex corporate transactions, Mr. Worrell brings deep expertise in risk management, financial reporting integrity, and governance of corporate and financial risks. 

 

Mr. Worrell holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
